Jeff’s grandfather, Joseph S. Guerriero, established the firm more than 85 years ago. Then, Jeff’s father, Joe D. Guerriero, followed in his father’s footsteps. Additionally, Jeff continuously strives to give back to the community. Each year Guerriero & Guerriero partners with Lagniappe Broadcasting to hold annual coat and toy drives to provide local families in need with warm coats during the cold winter months as well as Christmas toys for the children. Jeff personally rides with our local fire department each Christmas Eve to deliver toys to local families.
In 2017, Jeff started "Jungle Bells" at the Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo, where he provides free zoo admission for and entertainment for all of thousands of Louisiana residents to enjoy the weekend before Christmas. The event is held annually and features snow machines, a Santa Claus for families to take photographs with, bicycle giveaways, a stocking making station, screen printing, and much, much more!
Additionally, Jeff devotes a considerable amount of time to Pro Bono work and helping veterans and the elderly who cannot afford effective legal representation.
In 2018, Guerriero & Guerriero Law Firm was awarded the Better Business Bureau's "Good Neighbor" Award for Community Service.

Jeff Guerriero - The Injury Attorney
Jeff has continued a family legacy of success in law, leading one of the oldest plaintiff law firms in Louisiana. The law firm of Guerriero and Guerriero, which was established over 85 years ago, is known throughout Louisiana for their tenacious representation of clients and for their superior courtroom skills. They offer free client consultations and 24/7 availability. The firm's areas of practice focus on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, railroad accidents, wrongful death, oilfield accidents, nursing home negligence, drug injuries, defective products, class actions and medical malpractice. Jeff has represented thousands of clients and has collected millions of dollars in case settlements, judge and jury verdicts. In fact, Jeff has earned the nickname “The Injury Attorney” due to his success in these areas of law.
Despite his formidable look on his billboard ads and his reputation as an aggressive trial attorney, Jeff is very approachable and friendly. He genuinely cares about and takes a personal interest in his clients and their families. Jeff personally meets with every client and works on his or her case. He also spends countless hours outside of the office visiting hospitalized clients and their families to provide comfort and emotional support when they need it the most. Jeff attended ULM from 1980 to 1985 where he received both his Bachelor and Master of Arts Degrees. He received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law in 1988. Jeff served on the House of Delegates, the Board of Governors, and the Legislative Committee for the Louisiana State Bar Association for several years. Additionally, he served as the chairman of the Ethics Committee for the Fourth Judicial District Bar Association for over 10 years.
Jeff's support team includes associate attorneys with years of litigation experience, a retired doctor, an EMT, and a nurse, who review and evaluate cases; a former insurance agent, who assists with automobile damage claims; a private investigator, and a number of legal assistants and other personnel with extensive legal experience.
Jeff is also a certified NFL agent and currently represents numerous active NFL football players, as well as other extremely talented athletes, through his sports agency ProSource Sports Management, LLC.
Bryan Creekmore
Bryan Creekmore is an associate attorney who joined the firm after receiving his undergraduate and master’s degree at the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his Juris Doctorate from Southern University where he graduated Cum Laude and served as an associate editor for the Journal of Race Gender and Poverty. In addition to handling personal injury and medical malpractice claims at Guerriero Law Firm, he is also a licensed NFL agent. Bryan and his wife, Lauren, are the proud parents of two beautiful babies, Emorie and Camden.
Elizabeth Guerriero
Elizabeth is the second Guerriero of "Guerriero & Guerriero" Law Firm. She is Jeff's wife of 36 years and is an accomplished attorney in her own right. She graduated with Jeff from Tulane School of Law and taught Business Law at the University of Louisiana at Monroe for 25 years. She is also a certified NFL agent who specializes in contract law and negotiation. Family is important to the firm. Jeff and Elizabeth's two daughters, Lauren and Madison even assist the company with marketing, social media, and advertising.
